Stage 1: Initial Consultation & Design
At Concept Shepherds Huts, we begin by understanding your exact needs and desires for your luxury retreat. During our in-depth consultation, we’ll discuss your vision, preferences, and any special features you want in your shepherd hut or sauna. From there, we’ll create 3D images and videos to ensure we’ve captured every detail of your dream design. We’ll work closely with you until you’re 100% satisfied with the design, only moving forward once we’ve achieved a successful collaboration.

Stage 2: Customisation & Personalisation
Every Concept Shepherds Hut and sauna is fully bespoke. In this stage, you’ll have the opportunity to select all the customisable features of your retreat – from the layout and colour scheme to special touches like porches, lighting, and unique internal designs. This stage ensures your hut or sauna reflects your personal style and preferences, tailored specifically for you.

Stage 3: The Build Process
Once the design is finalised and approved, we begin the construction of your bespoke retreat. Throughout this stage, you’ll receive live updates, including videos and images, so you can see the progress in real-time. We also offer the flexibility to book a visit at any time during the build process, allowing you to make any changes or amendments to ensure the finished product is exactly what you envisioned.
